Ambulance and emergency crews reported that one person was killed and others wounded by Israeli artillery shelling outside their areas of control in the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Medical sources reported the deaths of Karam Nassar Nayef Zanoun (17 years old) and Jihad Muhammad Shaqfa (16 years old) by Israeli fire near the Flag Roundabout in Al-Mawasi, Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that Israeli artillery shelling targeted the Malak School near the Bani Suheila roundabout, east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, on Thursday afternoon.

The shelling caused panic among residents and displaced people in the area, as Israeli forces continued targeting civilian facilities and shelters throughout the Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that Israeli helicopters had been firing heavily on areas east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip since this morning.

Israeli artillery also shelled eastern areas of Khan Younis, while Israeli military vehicles fired heavily on the southern areas of the city.
