The Iraqi resistance targets the American Victoria base with drones

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq—Saraya Awliya Al-Dam—announced today, Monday, the execution of a drones attack on the American Victoria Base in Baghdad.

The attack came as retribution for the blood of the Imam, the Leader, the Martyr Sayyed Ali Al-Husseini Khamenei, and as a deterrent to the aggression that resulted in the martyrdom of a number of resistant Iraqi youths.

The statement clarified that the attack was carried out via a swarm of drones and targeted strategic objectives inside the American base.

It affirmed that this operation comes within the framework of responding to foreign interventions and protecting Iraqi sovereignty, based on the Quranic verse “There is ˹security of˺ life for you in ˹the law of˺ retaliation, O people of reason, so that you may become mindful ˹of Allah˺.
