The Israeli occupation army admitted on Tuesday that 30 officers and soldiers had been killed and 1,339 others injured since the resumption of military aggression against Lebanon at the beginning of last March.
Exclusive Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
According to the occupation army’s statement, 48 new injuries were recorded among its forces during confrontations with Hezbollah in southern Lebanon over the past five days.
The statement indicated that among the wounded are 75 soldiers in serious condition and 146 others in moderate condition, as battles and tension continue along the Lebanese-Palestinian border.
Observers believe that what the occupation army reveals about its forces’ losses is only a fraction of the total actual losses, as the entity’s government follows a strict policy of secrecy regarding war losses, a well-established tradition in every round of conflict.
