The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Saturday that five Palestinians were killed and 43 wounded in the past 48 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli offensive.
In its daily report, the ministry stated that a number of victims remain trapped under rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them.
The ministry added that the total number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire on October 11 has reached 1,012, while the number of wounded has reached 3,208, in addition to 784 bodies recovered.
According to the ministry, the cumulative death toll since the start of the war on October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,023, with 173,316 wounded.
