Injuries reported in settler attacks in the West Bank

Settlers escalated their attacks in various areas of the West Bank on Saturday evening, injuring a child and carrying out raids and attacks on Palestinian homes and property in Nablus, Ramallah, and occupied Jerusalem.

A 16-year-old boy sustained head injuries after being struck by stones thrown by settlers near a checkpoint southeast of Nablus.

East of Ramallah, settlers stormed the Arab al-Kaabneh community and raided the home of Naif Kaabneh, vandalizing his property and causing material damage, according to the Al-Bader Center for Human Rights. No injuries were reported.

Settlers also attacked a Bedouin community near Khan al-Ahmar, east of occupied Jerusalem, assaulting residents, throwing stones at their homes, and cutting off electricity and water supplies to the community, exacerbating the residents’ suffering, according to Al-Bader Center.These attacks come amid escalating settler attacks across the West Bank, under the protection and support of the occupation forces, and the continued targeting of Palestinian communities and citizens’ property.
