The sheikh named Hamad Fadgham admitted on Thursday to receiving Saudi money and support to stir disturbance and discord in areas under Sana’a’s control.
Exclusive Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Fadgham appeared in a clip that was published and circulated on social media platforms, saying that he, along with Sumaya Al-Zubaidi—who assumed the identity of Mira Saddam Hussein—received financial support and direct communications from the Saudi coalition and its subordinate Aden government during the period of raising the Mira Saddam Hussein issue in Sana’a, which was a controversial public opinion case in recent weeks.
Fadgham’s statement comes amid a Saudi incitement campaign attempting to win over the tribes, particularly in Al-Jawf governorate, against the Sana’a authority.
In response to these moves, the sheikhs, dignitaries, and notables of the tribes of Al-Jawf (Dahm and all its allies) issued an important statement to the public and official bodies, declaring their complete disavowal of the so-called Hamad bin Rashid bin Fadgham Al-Hazmi and his associate Sumaya Al-Zubairi, affirming that they have permanently withdrawn their tribal protection from them to thwart this plan.
