Hamas stated that the bombing by the criminal Zionist occupation forces of a residential apartment in the al-Nasr neighborhood of Gaza City this afternoon, which resulted in the deaths of approximately five civilians, including a child, constitutes a deliberate war crime and an extension of the genocidal war waged by the war criminal Netanyahu’s government for nearly three years, in complete disregard for the international community, international law, and UN resolutions.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Hamas affirmed that these ongoing crimes reveal the true face of the fascist occupation, its thirst for the blood of our defenseless Palestinian people, and its relentless pursuit of continuing the genocide in Gaza under the guise of the ceasefire agreement, exploiting the unjustified international silence and inaction.
Hamas called upon the US administration and the guarantor states of the ceasefire agreement to intervene immediately to restrain the terrorist Netanyahu’s government and halt its ongoing crimes against our people in the Gaza Strip, in accordance with their clear commitments.
Hamas also called upon the international community and its institutions to fulfill their responsibilities in holding the occupation and its war criminal leaders accountable for their horrific crimes against humanity.
