The US and the Israeli occupation expressed growing concern on Saturday over Iran’s reaction to the possibility of launching a new campaign against it.
Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
In Washington, reports conflicted regarding the occupation’s participation in the new aggression. While CNN quoted officials in the Trump administration ruling out the occupation’s participation in the potential aggression at the end of this week, CBS confirmed, citing other officials, American arrangements for the occupation’s involvement in the attack.
In Tel Aviv, officials in Netanyahu’s government rushed to deny American reports about participation in the potential aggression, which Trump described as a “strong strike.”
Although the American leaks came following a meeting between Netanyahu and Trump at the White House at the end of last week, the denial and contradictions in the American narrative reflected, according to experts, the scale of both American and Israeli fears of the repercussions of the occupation’s participation in any aggression.
The occupation cities had witnessed the most severe airstrikes during the past confrontations with Iran before it committed to neutrality in the last round of confrontation.
