Sinking of a Saudi military fleet in Bab Al-Mandeb

The Yemeni forces revealed details on Monday of a major military operation in Bab Al-Mandeb, coinciding with the fourth week of the decision to ban Saudi navigation.

The spokesman for the Yemeni forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, explained in a statement that the operation targeted a Saudi military landing ship and 4 escort vessels.

The fleet was bombed off the coast of Al-Mokha.

Brigadier General Saree confirmed the use of a number of ballistic missiles in the operation, affirming its complete destruction.

Brigadier General Saree reiterated the Yemeni forces’ monitoring of Saudi movements and military mobilizations in Yemen, vowing to strike them on land and at sea.
