Britain published on Monday new images of Saudi Arabia’s most important oil cities after they were targeted.
Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The images broadcast by The Guardian newspaper show, up close, the operations center for the “East-West” oil export pipeline, which has been completely destroyed.
The pipeline operations center, which links Saudi ports and fields in the east with its ports on the Red Sea, is located in Medina.
These images are the first since the targeting of the center was announced at the end of last week.
The repercussions of the attack are still ongoing with Saudi Arabia’s failure to restart the pipeline, amid expectations that its export reserve stockpile will run out within days.
The operation is the largest and comes within a series of operations, several of which Yemen has claimed responsibility for, targeting strategic Saudi oil facilities, including the oil transport line to the Red Sea and the export ports there.
