The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the death toll since the start of the Israeli aggression on October 8, 2023, has risen to 74,228 dead and 175,188 injured, including 7 deaths in the last 48 hours. Since the ceasefire on October 11, 2025, 1,445 Palestinians have been killed and 5,072 others injured.
