The spokesman of Al-Sabayha affirmed on Tuesday the control of those he described as the “Houthis” over its front in Lahj, southwestern Yemen.
Exclusive — Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Anis Mansour Al-Subaihi reported that the front fell due to the tribes’ loss of about 253 dead and wounded, accusing the coalition of abandoning it and not providing any support to it and leaving it to face alone for about a month.
Mansour explained in a lengthy tweet of his that those he described as the “Houthis” outflanked Al-Subaiha from the western front.
The Sana’a forces had taken control of the entire southwestern front of Lahj Governorate, where the Al-Sabayha tribes are stationed.
The Sana’a forces advanced after a series of warnings to the coalition factions advancing south of Al-Mandeb through Al-Mudaribah and Ras Al-Arah District, which includes the most important supply lines for the Giants and Dira Al-Watan factions.
