The violations resulted in the death of about 1,600 Palestinians and the injury of more than 5,700 others. In terms of aid, only 30% of it was committed by Israel, allowing only 77,600 trucks to enter, while about 233,000 trucks were supposed to be entered, according to the agreement. According to Al-Jazeera correspondent from the Gaza Strip, Shadi Shamiya, the crossings often witness frequent closures with the Gaza Strip, which hinders their adequate entry into the Gaza Strip. As for humanitarian cases, only 14,800 sick and wounded people travel to receive treatment outside the Gaza Strip, compared to 40,000 people who were supposed to travel according to the terms of the agreement. In a noticeable escalation during the month of October, more than 750 breaches were documented, which alone resulted in the death of 145 Palestinians. According to Al-Jazeera correspondent from Gaza, the shooting and bombing operations did not stop in all areas of Gaza, from Khan Yunis in the south to the center of the Gaza Strip, all the way to Gaza City and its north.
