Preventing Oil, Food Ships Hinders Peace Efforts: Abdulsalam

Mohammed Abdulsalam, Spokesman of Yemen’s Anssarallah Movement and senior negotiator of the Sana’a National Salvation Government, described actions taken by the Saudi-led coalition to prevent oil, food and medicine ships from entering Yemen’s ports as open piracy and a crime that impedes the peace efforts.

Abdulsalam said on Twitter that the coalition’s arbitrary measures to prevent the ships licensed and inspected by the United Nations from entering Hodeida port, is a flagrant violation of international and humanitarian law, and the legitimate right of the Yemeni people.
