The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s militias arrested on Saturday over 50 people, including children who participate in the popular demonstrations in Aden province, local sources said.
The southern transitional militants captured over 50 protesters after storming their homes in al-Mansoura, Sheikh Othman, Dar Saad and Kritar district, the sources added.
The sources pointed out that These raids have been going on since the moment the state of emergency was declared by the transitional council leadership.
Meanwhile, a security source said that the security forces have orders from the council leadership to end the protests by any way, including security raids against supporters and instigators of the protests.
