Sana’a Announces “Eighth Deterrence” Operation in Saudi Territory

Sana’a armed forces announced on Saturday the implementation of the eighth Operation Balance Deterrence by shelling dozens of military and vital targets in the Saudi territory, in response to the continued military escalation in the west coast of Yemen.

In a statement, read by the Sana’a forces spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, said that the armed forces targeted the King Khalid base in Riyadh with four drones of Sammad3 type planes and bombed military targets at King Abdullah International Airport in Jeddah and Aramco refineries in Jeddah with four drones of Sammad2 type.

The statement indicated that the eighth deterrence operation included the shelling of an important military target at Abha International Airport with a Sammad3 aircraft, as well as the bombing of various military targets in the regions of Abha, Jizan, and Najran with five Qasef 2K drones.

Meanwhile, the number of drones participating in the operation reached fourteen.

Sana’a forces confirmed their ability to carry out more offensive operations against the Saudi and Emirati within the framework of the legitimate defense of the people and the homeland.
