The National Salvation Government’s authorities in Sana’a have announced the release of crew members of the UAE ship Rawabee, who had been captured by Yemeni naval forces in January.
Mohammed Abdulsalam, head of Sana’a negotiation delegation said in a statement that “the crew of the UAE ship Rawabee, which entered Yemeni territorial waters illegally, was released on the basis of Omani efforts and after taking all legal measures.”
He added that a British detainee who was carrying out suspicious activities had also been released.
