Sana’a Foreign Ministry: Maritime navigation is safe to all destinations except the Zionist entity

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Sana’a government stated yesterday, Tuesday, that the operations carried out by its forces in the Red and Arabian Seas are exclusively directed against ships of the Zionist entity and those heading to its ports.

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The Foreign Ministry affirmed in a statement that “maritime navigation in the Red and Arabian Seas is safe to all destinations except the Zionist entity,” noting that the Yemeni measure is purely humanitarian and aims to lift the blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip.

It also noted that it has sent memoranda to countries around the world and relevant organizations, including the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF).

Earlier yesterday, Mohammed Abdul-Salam, the head of the Sana’a delegation in the political negotiations, confirmed that the alliance announced by the Americans from “Tel Aviv” will not affect our operations in the Red Sea, indicating that its purpose is to “protect Israel.”

He warned, saying, “Our operations will continue and become at a higher pace using all possible means if aid does not reach Gaza and the aggression and blockade against it do not cease,” affirming that “any direct operations against Yemen will expand the battle and turn it into a regional and international war with catastrophic consequences that they do not anticipate.”
