Interception of an Israeli ship in the Red Sea

On Saturday, Sana’a forces managed to intercept an oil tanker while it was in route to Israel.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The oil tanker “Equinor” changed its course away from the Red Sea after it was heading towards Israeli ports, according to a leader in the Ansar Allah movement, Hizam Al-Assad.

Al-Assad indicated that the tanker decided to take the route of “Good Hope,” noting that the decision to redirect its destination came following the failure of the American coalition to secure its passage.

According to American media sources, Sana’a’s decision to close the Red Sea and the Bab Al-Mandeb Strait to Israeli ships has caused over 180 cargo ships associated with Israel, including the new tanker, to reroute its paths in recent weeks.
