UNRWA: The Israeli war on Gaza has made the living conditions of Palestinians “unbearable”

Louise Wotridge, spokeswoman of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), said today that the brutal 13-month Israeli war in the Gaza Strip has made the living conditions of Palestinians “unbearable.”

The Palestinian news agency Wafa quoted an UNRWA spokeswoman as saying: “There is simply not enough humanitarian aid in Gaza, not only during recent days and weeks, but also for the duration of Israel’s brutal 13-month war.”
“We are surrounded daily by people demanding pieces of bread and trying to access water,” she said, stressing that the situation in which Palestinians have been forced to live in the Strip is “intolerable.”

The Israeli occupation continues its aggression on the Gaza Strip, since the seventh of October last year, in light of the escalation of massacres against families and shelters, and unprecedented human suffering in all fields, especially living, and the interruption of fuel and food in light of the starvation war practiced by the occupation against the residents of the Strip.
