The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Monday that one person was killed and one body recovered from the rubble in the past 48 hours, in addition to 12 injuries.
The ministry stated that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams are still unable to reach them.
The ministry confirmed that since the ceasefire (October 11, 2023), the total number of casualties has reached:
• Total fatalities: 465
• Total injuries: 1,287
• Total bodies recovered: 713
The ministry added that the total number of casualties from the Israeli aggression has risen to 71,550 martyrs and 171,365 injuries since October 7, 2023.
