The Red Crescent: The international community is required to exert pressure to stop the occupation’s violations in Gaza

The spokesperson for the Palestinian Red Crescent in Gaza, Raed al-Nims, stated that the international community is obligated to exert pressure to halt Israeli violations and open the crossings into the Gaza Strip.

In a statement to Al Jazeera on Saturday, al-Nims added that there is a severe shortage of medical resources.

He pointed out that approximately one million people are crammed into the al-Mawasi area, complicating the work of relief teams.

Since dawn on Saturday, Israeli occupation forces have escalated their aggression against the Gaza Strip, targeting residential apartments, tents housing displaced people, and a police station, resulting in the deaths of 29 Palestinians and injuries to more than 30 others.
