Iran reveals when Hormuz will return to normal and announces a military plan for an immediate response

Iran revealed developments regarding the Strait of Hormuz file on Saturday.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian affirmed that the strait will return to normal. This came during a call with the Pope of the Vatican, according to Iranian media.

Pezeshkian linked the return of the strait to normalcy with the establishment of security and stability, referring to the end of the American war.

Pezeshkian’s statements followed similar remarks by his Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, who affirmed allowing the passage of commercial ships, excluding enemy vessels, while Iranian media quoted officials as saying that a new mechanism for ship transit through the strait has been established.

These developments in the Hormuz file come amid ongoing talks by the Pakistani foreign minister, who is visiting the capital, Tehran, for the first time since the start of the war.

The Pakistani official, whose country leads the American-Iranian negotiations, met with a number of Iranian officials.

These new Pakistani moves follow Trump’s visit to China and his discussion of a Chinese role regarding the opening of the Strait of Hormuz.

China is playing a constructive role in the negotiations behind the scenes.

In contrast, Iran renewed its warnings to America about the consequences of any military escalation.

Iran’s Noor News website quoted a military official as saying that operational units have been informed of an immediate and comprehensive response plan that will accompany any new American adventure.
