American helicopter downed near the Strait of Hormuz

Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Informed sources reported to the “New York Times” that an American “Apache” helicopter crashed yesterday, Monday, near the Strait of Hormuz, and its pilots were rescued.

The sources indicated to the American newspaper that “it was not immediately clear whether the Apache helicopter was shot down by Iranian fire, suffered a mechanical failure, or encountered another problem,” while observers confirmed the possibility that it was downed by Iranian air defenses because it approached the prohibited zone.

For his part, US President Donald Trump confirmed the news of the downing of this military helicopter and said that the two pilots whose helicopter crashed in the Strait of Hormuz are in good health.
