A Hebrew newspaper publishes images showing a direct hit inside the Ramat David base by an Iranian missile

The Israeli newspaper “Yedioth Ahronoth” revealed on Tuesday satellite images showing a direct hit on an aircraft hangar inside the Ramat David air base as a result of an Iranian missile launched during the latest round of escalation.

The newspaper stated in a report that the images confirm a precise hit occurred inside the base, constituting a new admission by the occupation of the results of the Iranian attack.

This comes after Israeli officials and analysts acknowledged the effectiveness of the Iranian attacks, as an Israeli reservist brigadier general described Iranian capabilities as “impressive.”

Military analyst Yossi Yehoshua considered that the recent escalation has damaged Israeli deterrence power.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard targeted the Ramat David base last Sunday with ballistic missiles, as part of a missile attack on the entity in response to the latter’s escalation in Lebanon and its bombing of the capital, Beirut, an operation that the Guard said represented “just a warning.”
