The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that 12 martyrs and 12 wounded individuals arrived at the Strip’s hospitals in the past 24 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression.
The Ministry confirmed that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach them. This suggests that the actual death toll is likely to rise given the field restrictions and lack of resources.
Data shows that the total number of victims since the ceasefire was declared on October 10 has reached 1,180 martyrs and 3,810 wounded, in addition to 802 bodies recovered from under the rubble, indicating the widespread destruction caused by the military operations.
According to the cumulative statistics since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023, the number of martyrs has risen to 73,305, while the total number of wounded has reached 173,918, amid warnings of worsening humanitarian and health conditions as access to a number of victims in different areas of the sector remains impossible.
