Saudi Arabia Fails to Calm the “Houthis” Internationally and Its Cities Are Subjected to Bombardment Again

Attacks renewed in the Saudi depth on Saturday, despite Saudi Arabia’s expansion of its attempts at calm with Yemen internationally.

A series of violent explosions shook Saudi cities across the length and breadth of the country during the recent hours.

Saudi platforms spoke about the sounds of explosions in the capital Riyadh, Dhahran Al-Janoub, the Eastern Region, in addition to Jizan, Najran, and Asir, while the Saudi military spokesman, Turki Al-Maliki, acknowledged that Riyadh and the Eastern and Southern Regions were subjected to attacks with drones and ballistic missiles.

Although the recent operations come within a strategic course that Yemen has been pursuing since the decision to begin imposing “siege for siege” last July, their timing reflects a Saudi failure in calming the situation in Yemen.

The attacks come following new meetings held by the Foreign Minister, Faisal bin Farhan, with his counterparts from the United States and Russia on the sidelines of the G20 summit in the United States, devoted to discussing the files in Yemen.

Saudi Arabia’s knocking on Russia’s door comes amid its attempts to open channels of communication with Sana’a that began with the visit of the Saudi Minister of Defense, Khalid bin Salman, accompanied by the leaders of the “Mecca Alliance,” to Tehran.

Yemen had sent more than one message to Saudi Arabia affirming that any solution in Yemen will only come through the gate of Sana’a and through the implementation of the humanitarian entitlements, but Saudi Arabia continues to search for it through the gate of the regional and international parties.
