The military spokesman for Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Ubaida, stated today that defensive operations are ongoing to confront and strike the forces of the occupation and that Gaza will be a cemetery and a mud for their soldiers and political and military leadership.

Abu Ubaida added, “We preach Netanyahu and his war chiefs that they will kneel at the end of the battle, and the war in Gaza will be his political end,” and he called on every honorable soldier and fighter in this nation to seize the opportunity and participate in this battle.
He continued, “We have watched the enemy’s story regarding the liberation of one of its female prisoners, and we deny that he has reached any prisoners of Qassam.”
According to him, the enemy has started ground maneuvers in several axes in the Gaza Strip in the past few days, after more than 20 days of preliminary fire and after implementing a scorched-earth policy and causing significant destruction through ground, air, and naval bombardment.
He pointed out, “As soon as the ground incursion began, we tackled and defended thoughtfully in all axes, and we are still engaged in fierce and direct confrontations. We have destroyed 22 military vehicles so far with Al-Yassin anti-armor missiles.”
He announced, “We have introduced zero-range explosive devices against tanks, and we have used the guided torpedo (Al-Asif) against naval targets for the first time in this battle.”
