UNICEF: Gaza’s children will die of hunger if aid does not urgently enter

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) stated on Tuesday evening that children in Gaza are at risk of dying of hunger if aid does not reach them urgently.

The international organization added in a statement that, “If we do not provide immediate food assistance to children in the Gaza Strip, they will sadly die.”

The organization emphasized that its teams “need an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the entry of aid.”

According to UNICEF, “600,000 children are living in Rafah camps without food, medication, and under extremely dangerous conditions,” and “there is no safe place in the Gaza Strip, and aid is not reaching sufficiently.”

It is worth noting that the Israeli enemy continues its aggression and suffocating blockade against the people of the Gaza Strip, leading to the worst humanitarian crisis in the world.
