The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Saturday that the Israeli genocide toll against Palestinians has risen to “43,603 martyrs” since October 7, 2023.

This came in the ministry’s statistical report on the victims of the 401-day Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, which also left more than 100,000 injured.

The report stated that “the toll of the Israeli aggression has risen to 43,603 martyrs, and 102,929 injured since October 7, 2023.”

The ministry explained that “the Israeli occupation committed 3 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, of which 51 martyrs and 164 injured arrived at hospitals during the past 24 hours.”

“A number of victims are still under rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defence crews cannot reach them,” it said.
