Al-Houthi alludes to targeting a US battleship

Mohammed Ali Al-Houthi, a member of the Political Council, the highest authority in Sana’a, alluded on Tuesday at targeting a US battleship, coinciding with an extensive battle in the Red Sea.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Al-Houthi tweeted on his social media page the phrase “U.S.,” referring to the series of names of American battleships, including aircraft carriers.

It is not yet clear whether Al-Houthi is referring to damage to the American battleship or talking about an attack, but this is the first time that he has confirmed targeting an American battleship, indicating that the operation was significant.

Al-Houthi’s tweet coincided with a British maritime agency revealing that Yemeni forces carried out a series of operations against ships linked to Israeli occupation. It is expected that the American battleship may have attempted to secure its passage as part of attempts to break the siege on the Israeli occupation.
