On the 420th day of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, dozens were killed and others injured across the Strip as the Israeli army escalated its raids on Nuseirat, Maghazi, Deir al-Balah, Beit Lahia and Gaza City.

A medical source said about 75 Palestinians, mostly women and children, were killed in two separate massacres in Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip.

Medical sources also said that 45 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli raids since dawn today, 24 of them in Nuseirat camp.

In a press statement on Friday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the Israeli occupation “committed three massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, of which 33 martyrs arrived at hospitals, and 137 injuries during the past 24 hours.

The ministry said in a press statement on Friday that “a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, which ambulance crews and civil defense cannot reach.”

It reported that the toll of the Israeli aggression has risen to 44,363 martyrs and 105,070 injuries since the seventh of October last year.
