Sana’a threatens Washington with more painful escalation

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Sana’a government has affirmed that “the continued aggression and American escalation against Yemen will be met with a greater and more painful escalation.”

The ministry said in a statement, “We reaffirm the right of the Republic of Yemen to respond and defend itself, which has been guaranteed by all international conventions and covenants.”

The statement held “America responsible for destabilizing security and stability in the region and
escalating in the Red Sea and threatening international navigation.”

The Sana’a Foreign Ministry also stressed “that security and stability in the region will not be achieved except through ending the aggression and siege on Gaza.” This comes amid the continued American massacres against civilians in Yemen.
