Collapse of Fujairah Port oil exports by 85% following unidentified strikes

Exclusive Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Iran’s Fars News Agency reported on Friday that satellite monitoring data showed a sharp collapse in oil export from the UAE’s Fujairah Port, following unidentified strikes that occurred last Monday, which hit buildings and vital facilities.

According to “Windward” a maritime risk analysis company, crude oil exports from the port, from which the UAE used to export between 3.5 and 4 million barrels per day, fell to about 500,000 barrels only on May 5, a decline of more than 85%.

Observers believe that the UAE, which opened its air and sea spaces for the aggression on Iran, is no longer immune from the consequences and that the “alternative gateway” strategy promoted by Abu Dhabi to bypass Hormuz is collapsing, leaving its economy vulnerable.
