Palestinian medical sources reported that seven Palestinians sustained injuries, bruises, fainting spells, and suffocation after being attacked by extremist settlers in a village in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron in the West Bank.
The sources indicated that a group of settlers attacked the Palestinians while they were on their land near their homes in the village, assaulting them and spraying them with pepper spray. Seven Palestinians were injured and taken to Yatta Hospital for treatment.
Israeli occupation forces also arrested three Palestinians during the attack.
This attack comes as part of an escalating series of attacks by settler militias against Palestinians in the West Bank, which include attacks on residents and their property under the protection of the occupation forces.
