Saudi Coalition Seizes New Gasoline Ship: YPC

Sana’a-based Yemeni Petroleum Company (YPC) said on Wednesday that the Saudi-led coalition seized a new gasoline ship, in a clear violation of the announced truce.

The company’s official spokesman, Issam Al-Mutawakil, told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the Saudi coalition, in conjunction with its release of the diesel ship “Sea Heart”, detained the gasoline ship “Sundus” in a new and clear violation of the UN truce.

He pointed out that the coalition forcibly took the ship “Sundus” off the coast of Jizan, despite it being searched and obtaining UN entry permits, stressing that the United Nations did not put an end to piracy, whether before or during the announced truce.
