Yemeni forces loyal to the coalition expressed concern on Thursday with the resumption of flights to Sana’a International Airport.
Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Islah party, southern forces, and others on the western coast expressed fears that the new moves reflect Yemen’s success in securing its demands by force.
Those forces claimed that nearly 5 new flights to Sana’a Airport were recorded in recent hours.
According to their claims, the flights belong to UN organizations and are the first since the start of the recent escalation, including the bombing of Sana’a International Airport.
Media reports had stated that the flights belong to the Red Cross and relate to prisoner negotiations.
According to these sources, Red Cross committees carried the results of the examination of the Islah leader Mohammed Qahtan, indicating that the Yemeni parties were informed that the body examined abroad does indeed belong to Qahtan and that he was killed in a coalition raid.
Although Sana’a has not commented on those reports, the fears among the Yemeni forces loyal to the coalition reflect the scale of panic about their future if Saudi Arabia surrenders in light of the successive Yemeni strikes.
