Saudi Arabia experiences a night of terror… Air defense failure and unprecedented Yemeni missile waves

Cities in southern Saudi Arabia experienced today the most terrifying night since the start of Sana’a’s attacks in July, in an attack described as unprecedented amid the abject failure of air defense systems to intercept it.

Saudi platforms reported hearing violent explosions that shook the cities of Khamis Mushait, Abha, Jizan, and Najran, with early warning sirens activated across the entire southern region.

The state of alert continued for a much longer period than any previous attack, with missile and drone attacks continuing until this moment.

Media outlets mentioned that a number of heavy-caliber hypersonic missiles fell on sensitive targets, causing comprehensive destruction in the targeted areas, along with direct hits on an oil facility in Jizan and King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait.

Corroborating sources reported that the American “Patriot” system failed to intercept the Yemeni missiles, with interceptor missiles falling on residential areas after failing to counter the strikes.
