Red Sea Will Not Turn into Israeli Lake: Sana’a PM

Prime Minister of the National Salvation Government in Sana’a, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtour, affirmed on Tuesday that Sana’a would not allow the Red Sea to be turned into an Israeli lake.

“Bab al-Mandab strait is an international corridor, but it is part of Yemeni territory,” Bin Habtoor told Al Masirah TV.

He stressed that Sana’a had the final word on the Bab al-Mandab strait gate to preserve the Arab identity of the Red Sea in the face of the American plot to turn it into a “Zionist lake”.

Bin Habtoor pointed out that Biden’s visit to the region reflected American weakness, pointing out that what was related to Yemen in the statement of the clients’ summit in Jeddah was pure hypocrisy, and Saudi Arabia was an aggressor party and never a mediator.

The Prime Minister stressed that the Saudi-led coalition was neither sincere nor committed to the terms of the UN armistice.
